Start nowRenee is the Creator, Owner & Master trainer of Body Maestro, Barre Attack & Balance Moves Pilates and Barre Studio.
Formerly a professional ballet dancer with The Hamburg Ballet, she travelled extensively across Europe working with various ballet and contemporary companies. Upon her return to Australia, Renee studied with Joseph Pilates' student & renowned Pilates elder Romana Kryzanowska and has over twenty years of international Pilates expertise.
Further Pilates training was furnished by Pilates International, Balanced Body Faculty Training and BASI - first and only Australian to complete the Passing of the Torch Mentor Program.
In 2001 she established Balance Moves Pilates & Barre Studio in Bondi Beach, Renee runs advanced Pilates courses & workshops and Barre Attack and Pilates teacher training.
Renee thoroughly enjoys instructing and mentoring instructors to bring out their individual strengths and be the best version of themselves.

With over 30 years in the movement industry, I have extensive knowledge and expertise allowing me educate people to move, function and feel better in daily life.
With over 20 years experience running my own studio in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, my methods have been tried, tested and refined.
With over 10 years of providing Teacher Training, I have created my very own Barre Method, called Barre Attack, which provides a fusion of the best of my background in one full body workout giving the clients real and sustainable results.
My method is well thought out, mindfully programmed and safe, functional & effective. Designed to connect the body and mind through flowing movement while improving posture, balance and body awareness. Body Maestro caters to all bodies from very beginners to professional athletes.
My teaching starts with an outstanding base of classical Ballet and traditional Pilates knowledge. I combine these with technical elements to create courses and classes that are challenging & ever-evolving and have a signature ‘flow’. These courses are designed with a block system that is easy to learn and follow. I thrive when mentoring instructors to bring out their individual strengths and be the best version of themselves.

Barre Attack Foundations
Barre Attack is a dynamic fusion of ballet, pilates and fitness, using a stable ballet barre, resistance bands and balls to create a full bodied endurance workout. BA is known as the sweaty barre workout, it is designed for anyone and everyone to enjoy.
